Welcome to NUR URBAN RETREATS!

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a booking with us. By booking one of our properties, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking and Payment

• A confirmed booking is made once payment is received in full or as otherwise agreed.
• All rates are quoted in GBP and are inclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.

2. Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in: from 2:00 PM

Check-out: by 10:00 AM

Early check-in/late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

3. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must:

• Treat the property and its contents with care
• Follow any house rules provided
• Not exceed the number of guests agreed in the booking
• Refrain from loud noise or parties, especially during nighttime hours

You are responsible for any damage or loss caused during your stay.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Our cancellation policy will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the policy selected.

5. Liability

Stay Nur is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage suffered by guests during their stay, except where required by law.

6. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government regulations).

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
